At the signing ceremony between Huazi Industry and academicians/experts held on August 19, Zhang Jie, Deputy Director of the Baotou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, Shi Yan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Donghe District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Cheng Tong, Director of the Donghe District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Liu Chunsheng, Deputy Director, were present.
